Description
Ethel Waters was a Harlem born Blues singer.This is a rare 78 rpm recording and one of her first with the Black Swan label in the early 1920's.
Black Swan records was the first Black owned recording label that began with only black artists. It lasted for three years before declaring bankrupcy in 1923. It was then bought by Paramount records.
Record has surface scratches but no chips or gouges.
I am not an expert n records. This record is part of a collection I am selling for someone else.
