Evan Parker, Braxton, Bailey - Company 2 LP Incus 23

1976 album of percussionless improvised music. It's as good as you'd expect from the personnel. It comes with an Incus catalogue which slightly pre dates this release.

When I was given this record to sell I looked it over and thought there was a short grey hair on side two. It's not, it's a scratch. It causes an pop for about two minutes although it didn't jump or stick. So, about 95% of this record is Excellent but there are two (quiet) minutes with a pop at the rate of 33.3BPM.

The sleeve is VG+, it has a small seam split and a light storage wear.

Like many of the records I'm selling today this came from the large collection of a busy man now aged 61. Due to the size of his collection many of the LPs were only played once or twice from new - some were never played and they were all properly looked after. His musical taste was towards the avant garde/free end of the jazz spectrum as well as being a fan of prog, psych and experimental music. I will be selling selected records from his collection over the next few years so please add me to your favourites list!
