Everest Records stereo SDBR 3034, disc has the very rare white promo label, pressed in the US by Everest, under the auspices of The Belock Instrument Corporation.  Original jacket has silver back, this never came with a dowel-rod inner sleeve.  

The two white promo label discs that I have in this set of auctions are the first ones that I have ever seen.  The label has the same design as the early turquoise and silver label.

Disc NM- to NM, just a bit of foxing on side one, which has no affect on play, play-graded, jacket VG++
