Description
Everest Records stereo SDBR 3043, disc has the very rare white promo label, pressed in the US by Everest, under the auspices of The Belock Instrument Corporation. Original jacket has silver back, this never came with a dowel-rod inner sleeve.
The two white promo label discs that I have in this set of auctions are the first ones that I have ever seen. The label has the same design as the early turquoise and silver label.
Prokofiev, Peter and the Wolf, narrated by Bob Keeshan (as Captain Kangaroo). Leopold Stokowski conducts the Stadium Symphony of New York (which was actually the New York Philharmonic). See pics for program details.
