Description
Recently purchased a large, mostly 80's metal record collection running the gamut from glam to thrash. I will be listing several of them in batches between all the other goodies I have in stock. Lots of desirable rarities and favorites from labels like Megaforce, Combat and New Renaissance. Condition range from GOOD to EXCELLENT with many having fan pattern markings (from record changer/stacker) that go from light brushmarks to hard scuffs. They will all be play-tested before being listed with details on how the record played. Keep looking if you crave the metal!
Full-length LP from Mercyful Fate titled "Melissa" released by Megaforce Records (MRI-369) in 1983. First full album by Mercyful Fate after releasing their debut EP. Landmark recording of pure evil metal full of dense black atmosphere.

Labels are in EXCELLENT condition. Vinyl record is in GOOD condition with a few surface scuffs, a couple of light scratches and a hard scuff that cause repeated clicks during the last track "Melissa" on Side Two. Rest of vinyl plays with some surface crackle at beginning of sides but quiets down to lighter, non-distracting background noise that's barely noticed with occasional tics...no skips and retains full-fidelity...still sounds very good! Cover is in GOOD+ condition with wear at corners, edgewear, creasing at lower corners, patial ringwear and some surface wear...no splits or writing. NO RESERVE. Winner pays $4.00 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
