Description
Barrack Room Ballads, , Ewan McColl with Peggy Seeger, On Topic 10T26. White on light blue label. Matrix numbers, WMA/LP-216x1D (side 1), side 2 has WMA TLP 216-2C. Tracks are, Join the British Army, The Ghost Army of Korea, Ballad of Wadi Maktilla, Young Trooper cut down in his Prime, Bless 'em All, Any Complaints, The Second Front song, Seven Years in the Sand, Farewell to Sicily, Browned Off, When this Ruddy War is Over.
The record is VG+, it does have light surface marks but nothing serious, it plays very well.There is an original stamp sized sticker "Megolico" on side 2. see photo. The sleeve has very light ringing, and very slight crease top right, there is no surface damage to the front,a small light stain to the back,(see photos)next to no edge wear. The insert has a little age discolouration, a tiny dog ear to top right corner. I have had this record since new in 1958 and cared for it,l but it has been played well in the past.
