Description

 

I specialize in lost, atmospheric, and hypnotic 45s. Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of cool soul, popcorn, Latin, rockabilly, garage, R&B, country, surf, blues, funk, psychedelic, sunshine pop, mod, lounge, exotica, heavy rock, gospel, swamp pop, Tejano, townie rock, song poem, punk, and oddball instrumental 45 obscurities up for grabs. In addition to a small batch of Greek 45s, I've also listed some really fantastic and scarce garage band 45s from Texas this week.

CONDITION: G (Terrific player! Nice gloss, nothing catastrophic here just lotsa typical scuffing and lighter scratches from being unsleeved. Some label wear and tear as seen.)

Amazing 1959 rockabilly noir from this Louisville, Kentucky combo. The steady beat of bongos, strange whispering, stabs of tremolo guitar, and trace of the exotic make for some highly atmospheric rock 'n' roll. Spooky, handclappin' popcorn rocker "Oomp Boomp" is similarly unique if maybe not quite so strange. Halloween potential. A scarce Rite Records pressing. One of two 45s I've listed by the Rhythm Addicts this week.
