Description
Hard-to-find full-length compilation LP titled "Iowa Ear Music" released by Cornpride Records in 1976. Original private first pressing of this sought after album featuring 21 tracks of contemporary experimental music, free jazz improvisations and electronic avant-garde. The recordings were made between 1969 to 1976 from the fertile Iowa City music scene cultured by the local university. The tracks run seamlessly one after another to create a cohesive listening experience despite the diversity of styles and spread of time. Fantastic album...ESSENTIAL!!

Labels are in EXCELLENT condition. Vinyl record is in VG+ condition with several sleeve spots and plays with some light, sporadic vinyl tics...sounds great! Plays better than it looks. Plain white cover with paste-on front and printed text on backside is in VG at best condition with worn corners, edgewear, large stained area, ringmark and there is a 3-inch split on right corner of top edge. NO RESERVE. Winner pays $4.00 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
