Express Rising - S/T   (Memphix, MEMP-LP 3007, USA, 2003)

Rare 2003 release on Memphix. This is one of the first 500 pressed on heavy vinyl. This release was limited to 1000 total. Comes with the original insert.

"Express Rising’s basic modus operandi consists of graceful, iridescent organ loops and extended drum breaks, the latter possibly lifted from his vast collection of 45’s. Comparisons to DJ Shadow are unavoidable, but while Davis’ songs often spiral out of control, Carfagna prefers to let the needle glide unfettered along the groove. Quaaludal tangents provide flavor, but never at the expense of mood. At their blandest, the beats are soporific, but at their best, they can be absolutely hypnotizing." -Otis Hart

Side A:  Neighborhood, Ithaca Summer, Invented Bird, Comfortable With Failure, Dead mall, Cedar Chest, Keys To Be.

Side B:  Capsize, Nosebleed At The Henze, Neighborhood (Gentrified), Chalkies, Ice Stopped, Cardinal Fly How?

Because I live in The Netherlands I will not be able to ship internationally for 4 USD or less. Ebay will not let me enter the correct rate into their system. Please do not bid if you don't agree with the shipping rates listed below!

The Dutch post office (TNT) have new rates for their services which unfortunately are very pricey for customers outside of Europe. Instead of the separate rate TNT used to have for packages weighing up to 500 grams (= 1 record) they now have only one rate for all packages weighing up to 2 kilograms (= about 4 records). This would mean that I would have to charge 24 USD for shipping 1 record outside of Europe!
Therefore I have decided that I will pay 25% of the shipping costs myself for customers outside of Europe who only want to buy 1 record. So shipping outside of Europe for 1 LP will cost 18 USD.

If you're in Europe please check in which region (EUR 1, EUR 2 or EUR 3) your country is!!!  (See list below)

Prices for insured shipping are available on request. To some countries Track & Trace is available, please ask.

Please note: I will send an invoice after the auction for regular PRIORITY shipping. If you want me to use any other form of shipping let me know and I will send you a new invoice!

AMERICAN customers beware: because of new safety regulations in the USA all packages weighing more than 500 grams are now shipped by BOAT instead of by plane. Obviously this will take a bit longer.

Shipping costs Europe for 1 up to 4 LP's:

EUR 1:   12 USD (standard priority) or 20 USD (registered priority).

EUR 2:   13.50 USD (standard priority) or 28 USD (registered priority).

EUR 3:   14.50 USD (standard priority) or 29 USD (registered priority).
