Description
This is a rare find: the Dutch United Artist test pressing of the classic 1977 Stranglers' album IV Rattus Norvegicus. The album looks great and sounds great, the sleeve looks a bit old, has a small hole and is bended slightly on the left hand side, see pictures for more details. There's handwritten information on both label, artist and catalogue number. The word Proefpersing (Dutch for test pressing) is stamped on the sleeve. The record itself has one test pressing label and a white label on the b side. I have never seen any test pressing of this album and it isn't even mentioned on discogs. Extremely rare and I don't think you'll find another one soon. I ship worldwide from the Netherlands so you don't have to pay import taxes in the EU. As I am a collector myself who hates it when my purchases are damaged when they are arrive, I only use new cardboard boxes and extra cardboard to protect the album from bending and the record is shipped in a new plastic sleeve.
