ARTIST: Fabulous Downbeats TITLE: Ask Me / Life Goes On (1968) LABEL: Poison Ring (0010) CONDITION:(VG/VG) Showing some (mostly) superficial scuffs and some inner groove wear visible in the right light; plays solid VG or better as its a nice upbeat loud recording. Sounds great on a proper system (vs the recording I've provided which was recorded with a cheap ion). NOTES: Aka The Downbeats. Had releases on DEE-CEE, PLATTER, CONN., DOWN BEAT, DAWN and POISON RING. Poison Ring was founded by Doc Cavalier who ran Trod Nossel in Wallingford, CT. who recorded lots of great stuff from CT!
