Issued in a retro-die-cut thick card sleeve designed to look like a vintage shellac release with custom record labels. All in excellent condition.

Tracks A5 and B3 recorded live at Fillmore East, New York and all remaining tracks at Morgan Sound Studios.

Note that the record number is WS3011 and sleeve is numbered K46064 so they could have issued this WS3011 in an old K46064 sleeve.
