Comes in a gatefold sleeve that opens up and has pockets like a folder. One side holds the record, and the other the 12 inserts that came with this album :

Inserts are NOT numbered. 
Also comes with custom inner-sleeve with no printing but matches color of cover.
The first 150,000 copies of this album contained all of the inserts. The first 500 copies included a copy of the contract for The Who to play at the Woodstock Festival. 
**Because the record is sealed, I have no way of knowing if this copy has all 12 inserts or the bonus copy of the Woodstock contract.**
Record is sealed, therefore presumed to be in mint condition. The sleeve is also in mint condition. No ring wear or shelf wear, no splits, bends, hole punches or notches. The corners are sharp. There is a slight tear in the shrink wrap along the right side opening of the gatefold.
