Description
FAIRPORT CONVENTION
FAIRPORT CONVENTION
Original 1st press Vinyl LP in fully laminated sleeve. Becoming increasingly difficult to find - especially in such lovely condition.
Year of release - 1968
Made in UK
Polydor Records - 583035 - Stereo
Matrix codes ending in A1 B1
Condition:
Vinyl/Labels : Ex+
Fantastic condition - the record looks barely played, there is minimal evidence of spindle trail and just a couple of very light hairlines visible. It has been play tested in its entirety and there are literally just two light tics on 'Chelsea Morning' and that's it. Looks and sounds great.
Fully Laminated Sleeve : VG+
Some light ring wear and a couple of small, light creases, one more noticeable on rear sleeve - bottom corner. The laminate has lifted slightly at spine edge. All text, graphics and colours sharp and strong.
Important Information:
Postage & Packaging
Records are packaged safely using strong stiff cardboard and extra bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in the same condition as in my description. I also remove record from outer sleeve and original inner sleeves, to prevent seam splits. I am a record collector myself and understand the importance of safe packaging to ensure safe delivery.
:Please note:
Postage prices will be greatly reduced if buying more than one record. In fact, if UK buyers buy three LPs, the postage is the same price as for posting one LP. Overseas buyers can also expect a much reduced rate when combining postage.
Please be aware however, I need a steady cash flow to keep my ebay site stocked with goodies, so if there is a big time gap between records that you wish to buy from me, I would appreciate you pay for the first purchase(s) and let me know if you are planning on bidding on more, at a later date. Then I can invoice you with the reduced/combined postage costs, once you have finished bidding.
Good luck and happy bidding!
Prompt payment is much appreciated. Please pay within 3 days of auction ending.
You are are strongly advised to pay for items to be tracked if the value is over £20.00, and will be given this option when invoiced.
