Description
Up for auction is a copy of the debut (self-titled) LP by Fairport Convention, released in 1968 on Cotillion, cat no SD 9024, a USA pressing. Classic UK psych folk, including songs by Emitt Rhodes, Joni Mitchell & Bob Dylan. Produced by Joe Boyd.
Condition: vinyl has a couple of minor marks on either side, nothing affecting play. Cover has a couple of thumb creases, corner creases and a sawcut, but no serious damage. VG+ all round.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item in pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence! Any questions? Need any more photos or an audio sample? I'm only an email away.
Payment: UK- cheques (preferred) or Paypal. Rest Of World- Paypal. Email for other accepted methods of payment. Shipping: £3.70 (UK 1st class), £4.70 (UK recorded) £6.50 (Europe) £8.50 (rest of world-airmail). Insurance recommended for orders over £25; I am not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post! Check my other auctions; combine orders & save on shipping costs!
