FAIRPORT CONVENTION - UNHALFBRICKING
WHITE LABEL/TEST PRESSING ILPS-9102
I purchased this directly from Linda Thompson over 20 years ago, this would originally have been Richard Thompson's test pressing of this famous record, listened to by members of the band's early line up back in 1969.
Hand written track listing on the labels, I couldn't confirm but it may be in Richards handwriting.
Condition wise, it has obviously been well played, some minor surface marking, and plays with a small amount of crackling in places ..... in my opinion this merely adds to the authenticity of this fab item, knowing that it was played by and listened to by the original musicians, back in the sixties 'heyday'
comes in the original cardboard/polythene sleeve with catalogue number written on it, it's a bit tatty now; will supply in a fresh inner as well as the original sleeve
