DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: Superb...barely a sign of use..edges and corners lovely and sharp...laminate nice and tight...rear lovely and clean, Original small gold sticker for 'Osbornes' on the rear: EX+

INNER SLEEVE: Perfect: EX+ 

VINYL - SIDE ONE: one small mark at the beginning, otherwise looks unplayed. Plays beautifully with just a little light surface noise in the first half of the side, then lovely and quiet for remaining half..no jumps, clicks, pops or distortion: VISUAL: EX / AUDIO EX 

VINYL - SIDE TWO: just a couple of ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed and plays superbly..barely any surface noise at all anywhere and no pops, jumps or distortion: VISUAL: EX / AUDIO EX+ 

LABELS: Superb...no marks at all: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
