FATAL RAGE - "FATAL RAGE"
Original first pressing on Mutha Records (Mutha 004). 

Sleeve: VG/VG+ (see description/explanation below)
Vinyl: EX

The sleeve is an original DYI production - recycled from another older record, with the front and back images then pasted/glued on.  As a result, there's more wear to the sleeve than there would normally be and a vague wavy sort of thing going on with the image.  Almost all of the Fatal Rage sleeves I've seen have these same basic issues - some more than others. 

The vinyl is in great shape, clear sounding - Excellent condition.  And the songs themselves are terrific.  I just listened to it for the first time in years (and copied it).  This album is a gem!
