Original US pressing of this classic funk era LP. Super dope album. Super-dope open drum-break.

Sampled by Kanye West and Slum Village for "Selfish", Kool G Rap for "Streets of NewYork" and Crucial Conflict for "Hay".

 

All records are kept in plastic sleeves and will be mailed in professional packaging with stiffeners.


Condition

I grade my records under bright light so that there is complete correlation between how the record looks and how it sounds.


Vinyl: VG+. Music plays loud, fat and clear, with a bit of light surface noise. Under bright light vinyl show only light marks. Lovely. Labels show only a single line of spindle trail on each side. Lovely.

Cover: VG+. Super-stiff and strong. Still in shrink, so corners and edges are untouched (shrink is split 2 inches at the bottom edge). Under the shrink are a few age-spots. A difficult one to grade, Ex+++ because its still in shrink but VG because of age-spotting, So I'll go for VG+. A nice cover.
