Description
This is a fine copy from a 1999 reissue of a rare demo-only LP by late '60s Maine group Fate. The group formed in the small southern Maine town of Saco, and went through a number of name changes. They released two well considered mid-'60s garage 45s on local labels as the Id and Euphoria's Id. The Fate LP was recorded in 1968 (according to the booklet the record comes with), and exhibits a strong Doors influence. The die-cut jacket is close to pristine (M-). The disc is clean with some light scuffing, and plays with a little light surface noise (not counting noise from the source disc) (M-). The record comes with a tan cardboard insert with a lyric sheet attached (M-) and the aforementioned booklet (M-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
