FAUST 1971-1974 Box Deluxe NEW SEALED OUT OF PRODUCTION.
1971-1974 is the mammoth anthological box set that entirely covers the first period of the legendary krautrock band Faust, out on 8 October 2021 via Bureau B, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the formation. A valuable collection that shows how, more than 50 years after the group took its first steps in a bunker near Hamburg's Sternschanze station, these songs still sound revolutionary, timeless and unique.
The box set contains their historic 1971 self-titled debut, the second album So Far (1972), the two works released by the British Virgin in 1973, The Faust Tapes and Faust IV, as well as the unreleased 1974 album, Punkt, recorded at Musicland Studios by Giorgio Moroder.
The publication is completed by two albums of unreleased songs (Momentaufnahme I and Momentaufnahme II), Lieber Herr Deutschland, seven inches containing the recording of the demo sent to Polydor in '71 and on the B side the song rejected by the label, Baby, as well as the reissue of the 'only official single released by the group in '72, So Far 7 ″.
