Scarce Italian OST in its original 1st edition: heavy 180gr. vinyl with non-laminated gatefold sleeve. Inside opening bag where the vinyl is housed illustrating partial Africa mapping. Composed for the 7-episodes TV Documentary by Folco Quilici dedicated to Africa's history and featuring original recordings collected directly in the continent. Amazing and trippy music, fascinating Lounge Score by the maestro with Jazz atmospheres and deep Exotic/Esoteric sounds. Narrative speaken voice introducing African stories with loads of African percussions and Bamboos instruments / infectious Tribal Jazz grooves / amazing Exotic Lounge / Dramatic & mysterious African sounds / World music & Folk inspired vibes.

First killing track of our clip "LA SCOPERTA DELL'AFRICA" gives stunning Tribal Jazz beats after introducing speaken voice: catching groove with tons of percussions, horns, Bamboo flute and xilophone and the Jazz drums; reminiscent of the killer Umiliani's banger NEL VILLAGGIO. Outstanding Lounge theme "LA LEGGENDA DELLE MILLE PIROGHE" with its bewitching sound. "IMPERI E FARFALLE" is aggressive African styled tune with Lounge Jazz interludes. "CUORE DI TENEBRA" deep Esoteric dark vibes. "OGGI IN AFRICA" it's swinging Jazz sample, whereas "LA MISTERIOSA ETA' DI MEZZO" is another deep thematic jam with long Sax solo. Wonderful LP!
