Essential debut LP from this band of Los Angeles miscreants. This is the original Slash Records version with no barcode on the sleeve, and the silver labels with purple text, as you can see in the picture. You can also see in the picture that this copy comes with the original Slash Records merch ordering form! I wonder if anybody who ordered Slash Records shirts, or Germs or Fear shirts according to the insert, still have them. Sick artifact. The sleeve of this slab shows minor wear, including the beginnings of ringwear along the top. There is minor wear along the seams but no splits, and the text on the spine is still quite legible. The vinyl itself has surface scuffs and scratches, as I bet it was party to some pretty wild nights. If you run your finger over the first song on the B-Side, you can feel a minor scratch that doesn't cause any skipping. I listened to it on my player and there is a few small pops, but no skips or pops that would distract from the power of the tunes. Such is life when you're a 29 year old punk LP.
