"BOX SET 2" -RARE 6 LP BOX SET SEALED
This is the second in a series of box sets issued by Universal, compiling six of Afrobeat mastermind Fela Anikulapo Kuti's early revolutionary albums. This particular set is out of print and hard to find. Included are re-pressings of the albums, complete with their original jackets and labels. These records are very hard to find separately so this is a great chance to get them all in this set! Box #2 includes the albums NA POI (1976), AUTHORITY STEALING (1980), MONKEY BANANA (1975), EXPENSIVE SH&T (1975), SHAKARA (1972) and SORROW TEARS AND BLOOD (1977). These are some of Fela's best and best-known works, and include his controversial works, highly political with amazing graphics on the album covers. This limited edition comes in a handsome, serial numbered box (#2183). Also contains a set of six colorful post cards of Fela's wives and a very nice 12 page color booklet with awesome photos. The band pic in the middle of the booklet shown in picture would make a nice poster! Immaculate packaging and classic recordings by the most influential and important figure in Afrobeat music. The records are all still sealed and in mint condition. Booklet, postcards, all in mint condition. The box has some edge wear(very minor). RARE AND LONG DELETED !!
