Description
Super-rare original 1975 French EMI Records pressing of this amazing Fela classic, produced by Ginger Baker. 3 long tracks, with He Miss Road, Monday Morning in Lagos, and Its Not Possible ( a personal favorite). Gorgeous rich analog sound on the original vinyl (unfortunately the original tapes for all Fela records were lost long ago, all new reissues are made from 2nd generation digital files).
VPI cleaned and ply graded. Record in VG condition, it does have a lot of visible marks, there are a fair number of ticks and pops in some parts, but mostly plays surprisingly good for its age, still an incredible listen. The cover is a stronger VG to VG+, it has a split in the center of the top spine (discreetly fixed with tape), and some general wear, but still looks really good overall.
