DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE :small sticker tear on the rear, otherwise Superb...nice and clean...edges and corners sharp: EX-
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..both sides play Superbly with barely any surface noise anywhere...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: As Side one...just a few wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..again, both sides play Superbly with barely any surface noise anywhere...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
