A major figure of American avant-garde music Feldman’s works are concerned with development of new kinds of sound relationships. Technique usually includes some type of indeterminacy & graphic notation. Soprano, Beth Griffith performs these beautiful works for voice. This is a very uncommon release on an obscure German label. Don’t think this label was imported to the US.
Record is in NEAR MINT+ (appears unplayed) condition and gatefold jacket is NM-.
I recently acquired a small but superb collection of modern, experimental, improvised, & electronic music. I will be offering 50 or so items from this collection at the end of each month. This kind of material rarely surfaces so keep looking for future auctions.
