Description

Felt: same 1971, USA/Nasco 9006. Disc is in beautiful EX to M- shape, a few light hairlines do not sound, LP plays M- all the way. Cover has some very light starting wear on the front, some light soiling and a small stain in the lower corner on the back side, no splits, this is EX. Massively rare original of the most sought-after Nasco LP! It's also the only stock copy I've ever laid eyes on, the other two I've seen in the last 20 years were demo-perforated "71" in the upper left hand corner of the cover. Early prog LP is a fave with collectors; their 17 year old guitarist/leader lays down some badassed solos and his songwriting skills are very impressive. The opening cut "Look At The Sun" sounds like a lost Beatles/Badfinger hit, and then there's the long progressive jam in 3/4 time "Now She's Gone" with a distinctly Allman Brothers feel... it's quite a mixed bag but solid from start to finish. This LP is fantastically rare, the label couldn't have made more than a few hundred of them.
