Your Record Grades
This Record: Vinyl Visual Condition: A beautiful copy of the original 1955 Drummer edition of Helen Merrill with strings. No visible markings on the disc, absolutely no spindle hole wear, great sheen. I'd call it NM or mint- but people get so funny about that. You won't be disappointed. Grade is EX+ See track listing and other data below:
Cover & Label Condition: The cover is in EX condition also, no markings, writing, ---a little corner wear and the back has a little yellowing which is to be expected on this 62 year old diamond in a haystack.
RECORD GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
