Feedback Details: Anything LESS THAN A 5-STAR rating hurts sellers! Giving a 4.80 for any category hurts sellers! If for some reason you cannot give a perfect 5.0 rating for all 4 feedback categories, please contact seller BEFORE giving feedback in order to make the transaction a 5.0 experience! Items are always mailed the same day as payment or the next business day so a 5.0 grade is desired for Shipping Time (European and Japanese customers: Please review the date-stamp of your package to confirm that it was mailed the same day as your payment or the next business day and give a feedback rating based on DATE OF SHIPMENT and not DATE OF ARRIVAL); total Postage & Packaging is always discounted so a 5.0 grade is desired for Shipping & Handling Charges; again, anything LESS THAN A PERFECT 5.0 hurts sellers; be mindful of this BEFORE giving feedback!
Bidding Details: Bidders with less than 5 feedbacks should not bid; seller reserves the right to cancel bidders with bad feedback history and bidders with less than 5 feedbacks.
Payment Details: Payment must be received within 7 days of invoice date; seller reserves the right to repost listing if payment is not received accordingly.
Shipping Details: All customers receive LESS-THAN-AT-COST shipping; items shipped using brand new LP mailers with 2 protective filler pads.
Return/Refund Details: If you are not happy with your item/s, satisfaction is guaranteed and a full refund (product price + shipping cost) will be granted upon return of the item/s in the same condition (i.e. sealed items must remain sealed); partial refunds may be granted for items in lesser condition (i.e. sealed items which have been opened); no refunds will be granted for items broken or seriously damaged; buyer pays return postage. On Apr-05-10 at 16:01:33 PDT, seller added the following information: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (POSTAGE + PACKAGING) is $13.75 USD (not $14.95 USD).
