I am grading similar to Goldmine standards. Visually this may be closer to a VG+, but I am more conservative when grading classical. Here is my personal grading system. MINT - Sealed NM - Near Mint-  Opened and as close to Mint as can be with no visual flaws outside of perhaps dust from sleeve. / Near Mint- = a few visible light surface scratches, very nice visual shine. Plays remarkably well. VG++/EX - Plays Excellent, just visually a tad more (maybe only a few) lightly pronounced surface scratches, but still exceptionally clean. VG+ - Plays nice with some surface noise perhaps heard in quiet portions.. Some more pronounced visible scratches or scuffs. VG = More pronounced surface noise in more portions, a few more pronounced scratches or scuffs. Should not be any skips, but pops and clicks may be heard a handful of times. A Playable copy that while not at audiophile standards, plays overall decent. VG- = Even moreso pronounced surface noise.  Some of it becoming very pronounced and harsher. Lots of pops and clicks. Possibly a few skips. lots of visual scratches or scuffs. Playable, but only for collection sake. G - I have never listed anything in the G category.
