Ladies and Gentlemen, you're in for a real treat this week. You might know, or even recognise, Bernard Fevre for the infamous Black Devil Disco Club LP, a timeless disco deviation that has been so important to the development of electronic dance music that Aphex Twin first reissued it on Rephlex. Fevre has always been a mysterious character, but we weren't aware that he possessed a whole vault of unreleased music from the late 1970's. Much like the cult Disco Club LP, Orbit Ceremony is a diverse and singular piece of work, with tracks that span from coldwave to synth-pop way before they were even coined as genres, and we thank Medical Records from the bottom of our hearts for having convinced Fevre to resurface this long-lost material. We know you're intrigued and can't wait to hear this dopeness, but we won't spoil it for you - we can't possibly describe this visionary work with mere words. Look, if you like house, techno, leftfield, disco, or even industrial, this is what you should be listening to, because this is where it all starts. What a release - this is super-duper recommended!
