Description
FIELDS "FIELDS." ORIGINAL UK LP 1973 RARE CBS ALBUM!
I am selling my husband's collection. This Album is listed in the Rare Records Guide. It was released in 1973 on the CBS Label (CBS 69009).
The tracks are:- a Friend Of Mine, While The Sun Still Shines, Not So Good, Three Minstrels, Slow Susan, Over And Over Again, Feeling Free, Fair-Haired Lady, a Place To Lay My Head and the Eagle.
Field's Musicians are:- Graham Field (founder memeber of Rare Bird and writer of their million selling single "Sympathy").
Andrew McCulloch ( played with King Crimson, Manfred Mann, Arthur Brown and Greg Lake).
Alan Barry (played with Pete and mike Giles and Gordon Haskell - all King Crimson).
The sleeve is non laminated gatefold.The front cover is in very good condition. There is a faint scratch above the title.The back cover is also in great condition with a very faint ring mark and one small crease in the top corner.The inside of the gatefold shows slight creasing and is a little age worn.The edges and corners are scuffed in places.The spine is intact and the writing clear but it is scuffed down one edge.
The vinyl LP is contained in a plain ploy-lined paper inner sleeve,which is a bit discoloured through age.
The vinyl record is very clean. Just a couple of surface sratches.It plays well, although there is the occasional crackle and pop.
The orange CBS Label is in great condition. Slight spindle wear.
