Fillmore - The Last Days - Z3X 31390 - Fillmore CBS - 1972 - 3 LPs + 7" Record + POSTER + Booklet + One Ticket in Box Set - It does have "Complimentary Not For Sale" sticker on lower back corner of box 
I cleaned the records, they are wonderful, NO scratches or marks, Clean inner white sleeves, NO splits, POSTER is LIKE NEW, it hasn't been out of the box, Booklet is very clean and tight, 7" record hasn't been out of its sleeve, Box has hype sticker, it does have some light stains and minor wear, NO splits or rips. The ticket is for "Winterland TEN YEARS AFTER", so I don't believe it is part of the box set but a cool piece that was in the box so I'm keeping it in.
Please see pictures, as the pictures help with the description and condition - I will be listing 1,000s of vinyl in the next few months, I got these from a couple were the husband worked for CBS as a distributor in the 1970's. These have been in storage for a long time.
