Description

This is an investment quality early R&R/ballad LP from 1963.  This is an EXTREME RARITY and highly sought after by serious collectors.  

After I first saw this, I was totally amazed at the pristine condition of this rarity.  The cover and LP are SOLIDLY vg+ in condition, the cover still retains its original gloss and just very faint ring wear.  The LP is in amazing condition also, visually almost perfect.

This LP lists in one guide book for $600 in vg+ condition (a mint copy lists for $1500!).  However since I got a great deal on this (what I originally paid was still in triple digits!) I will begin the auction at a very reasonable $250; the BIN price is still below book value.
