I´ve been selling vinyls in my home country for years, and now it´s time conquer Ebay :) I have used Ebay only for buying purposes, so my feedback as a seller is very limited. I hope you don´t let that affect you bidding, as I have some nice stuff to sell. There´s more to come if people are interested. I try to grade very strict as I know overgrading is sometimes a problem in this line of business. Everything is graded in audio and visual wise. Audio with Denon 110 cartridge and visual under 100 w lamb. Everything is guaranteed and returns are welcome (in same condition, of course), as I don´t sell trash. Record: Ex   Has some faint lines under bright light. In normal light m-. Plays perfect, but at the end of A side, some very light crackles.

Cover: Ex  No splits etc. Some ringwear on both sides. Very minimal. Small stain on upper left corner, as seen in the picture. I´ve cleaned the cover a bit, so the stain is not so visible anymore.

Labels: M-   Perfect!

Grading: M.  New. Unplayed.

               M-.  May have few extremely faint whispys max. Basicly as new. Cover perfect.

               Ex.  Great used vinyl. Has some hairlines under bright light. Plays great without surface noise. Cover nice.

               Vg.  Has more hairlines/some small scratches. Plays with occacional surface noise, but not all the time. Cover is little worn.

                G.  More surface marks, but not trash. Plays with surface noise in the backround. Cover more worn.

Personal notes: Due to the rarity of this single, I would like to point out it´s condition being ´only´ ex, and not m- (which is the quality everybody so desire). I´ve been a vinyl lover/collector since the 80´s and many of my personal records are in ex/ex+ quality, thought I love to get my stuff in m- like everybody else. When it comes to grading, unfortunately Ebay has changed this situation a bit, as many (dare I say most??) m- records out there in Bay are ´only´ in ex condition or lower. At least for me. M/M- quality is the top, and when collectors see the record graded like this, they WANT it! But how many records really are like this? If the record has any, and I mean any faint lines, marks, superficial lines on it, it should be graded ex or lower. M- is the top form, best you can get, without exceptions! That´s why the ex quality should still be superb, unless you really want the record to be as new. You may say I´m too serious about this, but no way, I just love this stuff too much :)

Anyway, for Soundnova then. I checked it once more and have graded it under 100 w halogen. Something every seller should really use, as it reveals EVERYTHING! There´s some superficial lines seen. When I check under ´normal bright light´ 60 w, I can´t see anything. Cover is ex-. I downgraded it a bit as it has some ringwear on the front. Still nice and decent. Just to make sure people know what they are bidding, as I´m sure this quality would be m- for many sellers in Bay. Actually I know it because about 80 % of the ´m- ´ deals I´ve been made in Ebay through the years have turned out to be ´ex´ deals. Which is not really that bad as ex is still a great conditioned record! Of course it limits your buying need, because you really can´t buy records from the bay unless they are graded Ex+/M- as they usually turn out to be much lower. At least if you are a strict vinyl fanatic, who takes this stuff too serious and hasn´t got anything else in life to wabble about ;)
