Extremely rare early Five Keys promo copy LP, "Five Keys on Stage" on CAPITOL 828. Mono. Original first pressing from 1957 with unbrushed phallic finger cover. In vintage CAPITOL record company inner sleeve. This is so rare not only because it's in M- condition but because it's a black label sample copy. Label says, "Sample Album for Radio-TV Program Use" which means it wasn't sold in record stores and had a very limited pressing. Record in beautiful M- condition. Cover M-; clean with no marks, writing or seam splits. Very tough to find a stock copy of this original LP in such nice condition let alone a promo copy. See what same album is selling for elsewhere on ebay-- none of those are promo copies, are in worse condition than mine, and are priced higher. Recent Goldmine Record Album Price Guide lists this promo copy at $600-800 in near mint condition. I'm offering it with a starting bid of $89.00. I purchased this as part of the inventory of a record store that closed in the late 1960's and I've stored it in a closet away from light and heat. Record shipped in protective plastic outer sleeve with record out of cover to prevent damage to cover in shipment.
