FLAMINGOS "WOULD I BE CRYING/JUST FOR A KICK" RARE DOO WOP 10" 78 RPM RECORD
This 10" 78 RPM record is in good condition with some surface marks. I have played this record through on my vintage PYE record player with the following results: The vocals are good with no distortion, however there is a bit of background noise and the odd "pop". Would probably suit someone with a vintage 78 rpm jukebox or similar vintage record player. It will sound terrible on any modern hi fi system and I would not recommend purchasing it if that is your intention. Very rare Doo Wop 78 which I have priced according to my description of condition. I have been collecting, buying, selling and swapping 78s for over 40 years and this is the first example I have come across. In  excellent to mint condition this record would be priced at over £100. Supplied in brown paper sleeve which is not original to record.

I am well versed in posting 78s, so any prospective buyer can be assured the best care will be taken when posting out this record. Although I make every effort to purchase the best quality 78s, any bidder should be aware that due to the very nature of the recordings back in the day and the age of the record, in some cases there may be some faint background noise and the odd pop or crackle. This may not be audible when played on a suitable period record player or gramophone equipped with the correct stylus/needle. However, I would not recommend  playing any 78 on a "High End" stereo system which is likely to "amplify" (excuse the pun) any imperfections in the recording. If any buyer is not entirely satisfied with their purchase and if the record does not match my description, I always offer a no quibble money back guarantee.
