I purchased this LP when it was brand new and have been its only owner. It's only been played once and is otherwise still in great condition and very much as it was when I received it new (the gatefold cover even creaked when I opened it to take pics!). The outer sleeve has some shelf wear and some incidental blemishes here and there. It's very well made with a nice thick cardboard outer sleeve and poly lined inner sleeves to give the LPs extra protection. The two records look great with just some incidental dust on them. 
Includes: 2 original 12" black vinyl records, original outer gatefold sleeve (signed by the band members), original black inner sleeves (to hold the records), original foldout insert with lyrics, clear outer sleeve (to protect the outer gatefold sleeve) 
The original download card is also included, but I don't know if it's still valid or not. 
I am personally satisfied with the condition of this LP, but for your peace of mind I do accept returns if you have any issues.
