  A brief message regarding feedback. I do my absolute best to deliver EXACTLY what is described and pictured in my listing. I have been doing business this way on eBay since 1998, with THREE accounts and over 10,000 feedbacks. I have learned much, both good and bad, in that time. Among the worst revelations is that dishonest traders DO exist out there, emboldened by the anonymity of the internet and the ability to retaliate via feedback (or attempting to involve eBay) if the seller does not acquiesce to their demands. As an example, a buyer recently contacted me 45 DAYS after their receipt of an item, attached a different picture of the item and packaging than I shipped, and demanded a refund. I refused, and received negative feedback. In another situation, a buyer left negative feedback for an item, even though he had NOT complained about it, simply because eBay had DENIED his return request on an item that he DID complain about. Purely a vindictive action designed to damage a seller's reputation. Last week, a buyer (also a record dealer) over-paid $18 for an original copy of Cream's "Disraeli Gears", with just decent vinyl, but NM cover. (Interested parties could figure out who this dishonest buyer is by searching the keywords I've used.) He attempted to return the record, substituting a trashed cover for the near mint one that I shipped to him. eBay didn't allow him to get away with it, but the fact that he tried is just unbelievable to me.  There have been countless similar examples over the years. My message here is simple. I will ALWAYS try to do the right thing for both parties. But at this point in my life and my eBay "career", I will not succumb to unreasonable demands that contradict or are inconsistent with the terms of the listing, or where a buyer is engaging in outright fraud. That is NOT doing the right thing; it is simply allowing eBay "bullies" and crooks to get their way. There comes a point where doing what is right is more important to me than doing what is expedient, particularly when the buyer is engaging in a "shake-down".  I don't try to "get away" with things in life; I hold others to the same standard. I am not going to risk almost $8.00 in to/from return shipping costs for a $1.99 record, just because a buyer decides that the terms of this listing don't apply to him; it just doesn't make business sense. For that reason, THERE ARE NO RETURNS.
All items are USED, and graded VISUALLY ONLY unless otherwise noted. I have NOT listened to them. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAR ON THIS. I do not know the history of each (such as what type turntable they've been played on or how they may have been cleaned over the years.) Again, these are USED records, and they are NOT graded aurally. (In other words, I am describing the records appearance, NOT it's sound, and it may sound better or worse than it looks.) FURTHERMORE, this visual assessment is SUBJECTIVE. It is common that two people MAY NOT AGREE ON the appearance or assessment of a record; this is no exception. Due to the age of these records, you MAY hear clicks, pops, and surface noise that are NOT apparent upon visual inspection. In addition, in rare instances a record may skip or stick even when there is no visible indication that this should happen. The record also may not be completely and totally flat, and it would not be noticeable until placed on a turntable - which I have NOT done, as previously noted. Most of the time, the look and sound of a record are pretty equivalent, but there are times when they aren't, and I'm making that clear in the listing as return costs have become very prohibitive and thus returns are NOT offered. Finally, I cannot possibly note (or count) every single mark, spot, hairline, scratch or smudge on the vinyl. I will just try to note if and when they exist. Similarly, I cannot note every defect (such as a tiny edge crease) on the cover. Rely on the pictures. For issues that are difficult or would take too many pictures to capture, such as edge or corner wear, you should assume that these types of conditions exist commensurate with the relative grade applied to the cover. If these terms are not acceptable to you, I would appreciate you looking at other alternatives for your vinyl - and particularly, if you are a buyer who may be inclined to ignore the terms of this listing, assume that this record is sold for parts or repair only, as a collectible, not meant for play. Grading scale categories are: NearMint / EXcellent / VG+ / VG / VG- / G. Only a SEALED record will be graded MINT. Any grade below mint will POTENTIALLY have some sort of defect, although VERY minor in the case of "NM". (Note that NM and EX records are in TOP/Near Top  condition, and are VERY nice. "NM" does not necessarily mean LIKE NEW, but will be very close to it; maybe a faint hairline(s)/paper shadows on vinyl, cover may have a light crease or very faint wear).  "EX" grades usually have a few more light hairlines and/or paper slide shadows, covers showing a bit more wear. "VG+" and "VG" records are decent copies, with light marks/light scratches (as you get toward the lower end of VG, may be heavier/feelable) and/or more hairlines/scuffs.  VG- and G records are approaching/at THE BOTTOM of the grading scale, 4 to 5 levels BELOW a NM record. They may have some visible and/or feelable scratches, possibly heavy "chickenscratch" swirl marks, and as they get to lower VG- and G they should be looked at strictly as filler copies with wear that may affect play. Covers follow same grading scale, and those at bottom of scale will be in rougher condition. Bid accordingly. ALL used records tend to have SOME amount of surface noise or foreign sounds SOMEWHERE on the vinyl - it's the nature of the beast.
 GRADING TERMS USED: A HAIRLINE is a very tiny/faint mark on the surface, usually only visible under bright light or sunlight. A SHADOW is the long surface scuffing that occurs when records are scraped by the edge of the cover or paper sleeve. It is usually only visible when viewing the record at certain angles. A scratch is a short to long mark on the record, something can may or may not be felt with a human fingernail. RESIDUE is the shading that occurs from the paper inner sleeve having transferred it's acid onto the surface of the record. 
Note: Non-payments are inconvenient to the seller and unfair to SERIOUS bidders. Therefore, payment is requested within 2 days unless combining, and I will combine for up to 1 week....just let me know.
