Description
"Tusk" is a double album with 2 x vinyl LP's, released in 1979. It is considered more experimental than their previous albums, partly because of the influence of post-punk & Lindsey Buckingham's new ideas. The double album only sold 4,000,000 copies ("Rumour's" sold 10,000,000 copies by 1978). Still it was a break-away from the Rumour's style & a lot of people described this as Fleetwood Mac's WHITE ALBUM. I personally liked it. This is an American pressing, it has a main cover & inside are two covers. Inside that are two more covers. Then there are two plastic sleeves & inside them are are 2 x 12' records (whew). All the covers are (5 in all) are made of cardboard. There is no lyric sheet. This album was not played a lot until I replaced all my records with CD's back in the 1990,s. It has been stored in a dark, clean wooden chest since that time.
