Description
This 12" LP is a reissue of rare Flexo label records of San Francisco jazz bands from 1930 to 1932. Flexo records came in a variety of colors and ranged in size from 3" to 16". They played from both the outside in and inside out, and were recorded at 33 1/3 and 78rpm, sometimes one speed on one side and a different speed on the flip side. This record is minty MINT, still sealed in original plastic, never been opened, pristine, etc. Cover art and layout by Robert Crumb. Liner notes by noted 78 collector and film director Terry Zwigoff. This is the original issue on Echo Records of Berkeley, California from 1987. E-11001.
