This vintage LP 33 1/3 rpm recording, featuring once again famous Florence Foster Jenkins, is in near mint condition, probably only played once, on one side, and maybe not even that much. This is the red seal collector' RCA Concert Cameo LP edition. The Cover looks good on its face, but it has split top and bottom sides about 3/4 of the way across. The back of the album cover is shelf worn and foxed (discolored) or soiled around the edges. This is a single record album unlike the 45 rpm two record extended play album. However, all of the song selections by Ms. Jenkins are the same on both sized editions. The Album, on the back cover, tells the incredible story of Ms. Jenkins, whose fame is newly resurrected as a result of the recent release of a movie all about her musical career. It stars Meryl Streep in the title role so it must be pretty good. This album is a classic collectible even if you choose not to enjoy (or endure) Florence Foster Jenkins' performance.
