GRADING SYSTEM:
Record condition: Mint = Absolutely perfect as new condition.
Near Mint = Close to perfect condition.
Excellent = Just has some very light wear, barely noticeable.
Very Good = May have some minor surface marks.
Good = May have some minor surface marks and light pop and crackle on playback but very minimal, could possibly be taken to VG quality with a clean, I just dont have the time.
Fair = Will have pops and crackles but shouldn't be anything major and will still be playable and can be enjoyed.
Poor = Speaks for itself really. I will probably just bin any records I come across while sorting out that fall into this category.

I use recycled materials for packaging. The materials are at least as sturdy, if not sturdier, than purpose made record packaging materials and easily just as good or even better. This allows me to keep the postage costs down and pass the saving on to the buyer.
