Flute & Voice is a German duo comprised of Hans Reffert ('Flute') and Hans Brandeis ('Voice'). They released a classic psych/kraut-folk LP on the Pilz label in 1970, which also is available as a reissue from Wah Wah Records. Though re-recorded in the '90s, the music on this 'Drachenlieder' has the feel of the duo's '70s recordings. Fans of Magic Carpet, King Crimson's 'In The Court Of The Crimson King', Third Ear Band, Kalacakra, Oriental Sunshine, Bobby Callender, Clem Alford, Kali Bahlu, or the "sitar side" of Popol Vuh will enjoy this one big time! This is a limited edition of 500 copies, presented in a gatefold sleeve with artwork from Hans Reffert himself.
