FOLLIES BAZAAR - (stereo; 1978). Good private folk rock psych LP, (with a UK prog folkrock feel), with ocassional jazz touches, from Rhode Island. Produced and recorded in 16-track by the band and distributed locally at college campuses in the Northeast. This is their rare second release. Members of this band were formerly part of the Right Of Little Rest communal band. Players: Craig Johnson, John Navazario, KC Osborne lV, Paul Murphy, Greg Macedo, Karl Thornton, Chris Perri- electric guitars; Phil Darquette, Larry Brusic, Bruce Smith, Bob Detourneau- bass; Bruce Abbott- tenor sax, flute; Steve Shapiro- sax; Rob Allen- alto sax, flute; Dan Detourneau, Larry Potter, Tom Carmody, Steve Batista- drums; Art Blackwood- piano; Brian Cote- synth; Emily Estes, Maureen Mechetsy- vocals.
