Atlantic 12-inch 33 RPM LP # SD-18215 is "Foreigner", the self-titled debut album by Foreigner. It is stereo and dated 1977.  It is also a DJ copy, with no corroborative evidence on the labels, but a timed tracklist sticker on the front cover with the warning "Not for sale. Promotional copy." It is a Monarch pressing (with the suffix -MO at the end of the matrix numbers on the labels), and it has several indications that it is an early (or maybe even first) pressing. In addition to it being a promotional copy, it has the original "shadowed" title on the front cover, the original catalog number SD-18125, and the original custom inner sleeve. 
The record looks to be in used and worn condition, still nice and shiny, but with some visible surface scuffs and scratches. I've played both sides on my Audio-Technica turntable, and there was a single forward jump on Side Two (no repeats), and otherwise mostly just typical light background noise, but with some occasional clicks or pops or passages of light ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment.  
The cover is in solid and functional condition, with the seams all intact, and just typical light surface rubbing and edge wear.  It does, however, have a hole punched at the upper right corner. It comes with its original custom inner sleeve, which is starting to split at the middle of all three seams.
