Description
Here's a RARE Beatles 7" extended play record and picture sleeve for your collection. The EP format was not established in America in the 60's, but Capitol Records decided to try an experiment and issued this EP. The record was released May 11, 1964 but it wasn't very well received by the public, making it a rare item now.
The record and picture sleeve are as follows:
Capitol #EAP 1-2121. Side 1. ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN / ALL MY LOVING. Side 2. THIS BOY / PLEASE MISTER POSTMAN.
Condition of vinyl and turquoise (blue/green) colored labels is VERY GOOD (see Goldmine Price Guide grading). The record has scuffs and scratches, none of which affect play. There is only minimal surface noise, mainly at the intro and fade areas of the songs. I played all 4 songs on my DUAL 506 turntable and it played well. There are no ticks or skips on any of the songs.
The picture sleeve is a heavy cardboard material, and the record slides in the "side" not the top. Condition is VERY GOOD MINUS to GOOD PLUS, depending on how you grade items, with normal wear, seam splits on top and bottom (which someone scotch taped), a crease from one side to the other, slightly warped and has one spot where a price tag was probably removed and tore a piece of the cover, 1/4" x 5/8" in size. There is no writing or other marks on it.

The record will be shipped in white sleeve, inside a plastic sleeve. The picture sleeve will be shipped empty, no record inside.

I ship in boxes made for 45's. I ship Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless buyer specifies, and pays for, something else. Insurance is optional, at buyers expense. Email me if you want insurance added.
