From 196?, and courtesy of the Charles H Stern Agency, this is an original promo only pressing of the rare one sided demo commercial record "Presenting The Fabulous Four Freshmen". Record, which only has grooves on side 1, features The Four Freshmen performing commercials for Avis, Coca Cola, Salem & Pall Mall cigarettes, along with one for a product I did not recognize. Record also contains the group performing parts of three songs that seem to be trying to emphasize their wide ranges in style. This was sent out by the Stern Agency to try to score the Freshmen more commercial and endorsement gigs, and was never released to the public, making it one of the rare Four Freshmen records out there. Cardboard jacket is about VG+, showing some rubbing and some handling/flaking around edges; there is a 1" split at lower right corner. Vinyl is a shiny and clean VG+, showing some paper/surface marks. Sound quality is solid, with some crackle sand pops during playback, while labels are crisp with no spindle wear.
