I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
I never ship records inside the picture covers!
All records are sent out in PVC covers.

This is part of my personal Demo collection, I am listing a few nice records tonight that rarely surface for sale.
UK TAMLA MOTOWN TMG 589  DEMO 7" SINGLE.
The Record EX- Condition / The disc is in nice condition. When graded under halogen bulb the record looks super clean with just a few very faint marks. The record plays very nice. 
The Labels / EX- / EX Condition. Small pen mark on side 1 label. The side 2 label is great.
The Cover / VG- / Original company cover with creasing.
